And today, the old Carpenter Brothers Ford Dealership on Main Street in Downtown Frisco is getting a new chance to shine. Paying homage to its past, the renaissance of what now will be forever called The Ford Building is the site of Nack Development’s restoration project. The structure remains, but its purpose will is renewed to fit right into The Rail District. Welcoming new tenants, Karma Fitness, Bittersweet Ivy and Three Empires Brewing and the adjacent IMAGINE Park for families, friends and Frisco. Excitement is on track at The Rail District.
